- Take care of your skin
First, clean your skin with a soft face cleanser then exfoliate it.
Apply a face mask (have fun with it, gold, black, green...).
Then you can moisturize in your face and neck, apply an eye contour cream and lip balm.
A peaceful mind begins with a peaceful skin!

Nothing can make me feel better than a hot cappuccino, under my fluffy blanket by a cold or rainy day.
- Have a walk in nature
Switch off your phone and your laptop, grab your boots and let go for a small trip in the woods, on the beach or anywhere you can just breathe and be peaceful.
- Make shopping
- Take a hot bath or shower
Relax, breathe...
In your bath-time, you can read a book, watch a movie, listen to music or just chill in warm (blue or pink or another color) water.
Make a good hair mask, put some relaxing music and a glass of wine (like a french touch).

- Enjoy with your family or friends
Every moment with your family or friends is precious, do not forget this. If they are far, you can just facetime or call them!

Chill in pajama, stay at home and enjoy your day.

Sometimes, have time with yourself is necessary. you can just chill, read a book, watch a movie, make art or just do something you love to do alone.
